SELF-ASSIGNMENT: HONEST BEAUTY PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY

Ever since I was in middle school, which was the time I started getting really into makeup and taking good care of my skin, I have LOVED having a fresh, complete set of cosmetics. Even a brand new set of shampoo and conditioner would have me excited for my next shower to use all the things!

Anyone with me?

I am still a geek about a fresh set of beauty and self-care products, however these days my “just can’t wait” energy gets channeled into photographing them, THEN using them!

During life in the time of Corona, this was an invigorating delight- to get back to creating and create just for the fun of it! I genuinely do love the challenge and direction of a creative brief with tangible client objectives to serve, but time in the sandbox is great too.

It was fun to create these and I’m happy with the results! Turns out, Honest Beauty liked them too. 😊
